Language training

Intensive Swedish language training for health professionals

Swedish language training is required for postgraduate training programs in medical and dental care. This is because, naturally, the student must communicate and interact with both caregivers and patients in Sweden. Swedish HealthCare offers numerous language training courses and programs for international professionals coming to Sweden for postgraduate studies or work.

About our Swedish language courses

These intensive, full time Swedish language courses are performed according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) covering levels A1, A2, B1 and B2. Students advance from each level after taking a Swedex test. Swedex provides a standard for international certificate of Swedish as a foreign language that is acknowledged by the Swedish Institute.

About our Medical Swedish courses
